Gym Our Gym has been specifically designed for Ladies only, however upon request male clients and members can use both the facilities and the gym. The layout of the gym includes both full cardio and resistance machinery, along with an abs and free weight areas. The gym is open till late most nights to accommodate for people with busy schedules. There are FREE shower, changing room and locker facilities to use. All memberships include a FREE induction to help you become familiar with the equipment. Programs can also be created for each individual to help benefit your lifestyle. Both are on appointment bases. Bottled water is also available for purchase at reception. No matter what shape or size you are everyone is welcome here! Hot Tub The hot tub seats 6 to 8 people and is set around 40c so no matter what time of the year it is you can enjoy and relax. The hot tub has 53 jets and by using the program settings can diver a full body massage! Towels are provided for the hot tub only. Relaxation Suite The relaxation suite is a tranquil setting with peaceful and soothing music playing throughout. Large, comfy, leather sofas surround the room. There are relaxation games such as chess and cards to use as well as a wide range of to date magazines and books to look through. This room is usually used for clients between or after treatments.
