Terms and conditions - We accept all major credit cards and cheques for amounts in excess of £10.00 for treatments and products purchased in the Salon. - Appointments lasting for 60 minutes or more require a deposit of 25% paid at least 48 hours prior to appointment. - One full working days notice is required for the cancellation of appointments, otherwise a 50% charge will be made. - All courses must be paid for on commencement of first treatment and are valid for 12 months and are none transferable. - Gift vouchers and pamper packages are valid for three months from issue date. - For health reasons ALL clients must complete a health check form. - Member’s use of the gym and facilities is entirely at their own risk. - None slip footwear and towels are available at reception for use with the hot tub. Please be aware that the area surrounding the hot tub may be wet, enter with caution. - The Spa does not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen on the premises. Any items found on the premises will be held for two weeks, after which they will be discarded. - No alcohol is to be consumed on the premises. - Any persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed access to the Spa. - No pets are allowed in the spa. - Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. - Members are required to notify the Spa of any changes to their health. - Owing to the nature of the Spa certain areas are off limits.
